Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ckd44 platform — including the website at ckd44.io, any associated mobile interface, the sportsbook, the casino games library, and the payment cashier — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and ckd44.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ckd44 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 02

Eligibility

To register and use the ckd44 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ckd44 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, either requested by yourself through the ckd44 responsible gaming tools or imposed by ckd44 as a result of a previous account investigation.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be employed by ckd44 or any of its affiliated companies, technology partners, or game providers in a capacity that could give you an unfair advantage over other players.

ckd44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Section 03

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the ckd44 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.

When completing the registration form, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and a strong password. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the duration of your account.

ckd44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal is processed, you will be required to verify your identity by submitting the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• A recent proof of address dated within the last 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account confirmation)

All submitted documents are handled in accordance with ckd44's Privacy Policy. ckd44 may, at its sole discretion, request additional documentation where the initial submission is unclear, expired, or inconsistent with account registration details.

Section 04

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ckd44 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. ckd44 strongly recommends using a unique password not shared with any other service and enabling two-factor authentication from your account security settings.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your ckd44 account. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ckd44 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. ckd44 may temporarily suspend your account as a security measure pending investigation. During any such suspension, no bets may be placed and no withdrawals may be processed.

Section 05

Deposits & Withdrawals

ckd44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the approved payment methods listed in the cashier section of the platform. As of the date of these Terms, approved methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for Bangladeshi players, as well as selected bank transfer options via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

ckd44 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own service charges, for which ckd44 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC verification check. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawal requests. ckd44 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any ongoing account security review or investigation.

Section 06

Bonuses & Promotions

ckd44 offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spin credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page within the ckd44 platform and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all ckd44 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, low-volatility slots, and certain crash games may contribute at a reduced percentage. The contribution table is available on the promotions page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will result in the cancellation of the previous bonus and any associated wagering progress.
• Abuse Prevention: ckd44 monitors bonus usage patterns. Any player found to be exploiting bonus terms, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times will have all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and their account reviewed for closure.

Section 07

Game Rules & Betting

All casino games available on the ckd44 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. This ensures that all game outcomes are statistically random and independent of previous results. Game-specific rules are accessible from within each game's interface.

For sports betting, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), ckd44 publishes the applicable betting rules for each sport within the sportsbook. The following general betting rules apply across all ckd44 sportsbook markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement except where the ckd44 Cash Out feature is available and explicitly offered on the relevant market.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (a manifest error), ckd44 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds. Players will be notified and the stake returned in full.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play time has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific rules.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session, the game state at the point of disconnection is considered final. Where a game round was in progress, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection.
• ckd44 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any individual player, market, or event without prior notice or explanation.

Section 08

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ckd44 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated system to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or share information about card hands, dice outcomes, or other game states in real-time multiplayer contexts
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in a systematic or deliberate manner
• Using the ckd44 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent account limits, claim bonuses more than once, or evade a previous ban or self-exclusion
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward ckd44 support staff or other players via any communication channel

Section 09

Responsible Gaming

ckd44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months

ckd44 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction at registration and throughout the account lifecycle. Age verification may be requested at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately, all bets will be voided, and any deposited funds (net of any withdrawals already made) will be returned to the original payment method.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the ckd44 platform — including but not limited to the ckd44 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ckd44 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ckd44 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of ckd44.

Game content, including titles, artwork, and audiovisual elements from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio and is used by ckd44 under valid commercial licence agreements.

Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security
• Decisions made based on game history, previous outcomes, or any statistical information displayed on the platform
• Losses incurred during any period of account suspension imposed pending a security or fraud investigation

ckd44 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Section 12

Privacy & Data

ckd44 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the ckd44 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ckd44 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform's servers. Player account information, payment data, and KYC documentation are stored securely and are never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Section 13

Amendments to These Terms

ckd44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ckd44's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits a player's right to seek urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

ckd44 operates this platform for the Bangladesh market and directs its services at adults aged 21 and above located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with any local laws applicable to them.
